Rihanna was performing Umbrella in Sydney with Chris Brown.

She is seen visibly in pain hugging her tummy and getting off stage.
She was taken the hospital thereafter. It is not known why she was unwell though.

I do not really like this ad, Rihanna looks so stiff,it's so unnatural, perhaps the "expressionless" look
doesn't suit everyone, and doesn't alway exude sexiness. Really.
