Heartbreak (Make Me A Dancer) featuring Sophie Ellis-Bextor

Jun 12th, 2009; 3:00 pm (GMT+8) 1

Such a long title. Sheesh. It's all good though. Ever since the demo leaked last year on Sophie's Myspace, I'm crazy about this song. So, whatever you all had heard before this promo is the demo version (especially the radio edit, it's easy to hear the difference).

Fully mastered, I prefer the radio edit slightly more cause they removed the 'keep it coming on and on' verse just before the chorus on the full length club mix. But the club mix is very good. Not even the official remixes could replace the original. The Bitrocka Italo mix is fine I guess. I'm sure the clubs would play the original club mix though. =)

The single is set to be released on June 22th 2009, a week before Freemasons release their 2nd studio album, appropriately titled "Shakedown 2".

Whoever Freemasons works with would be a hit in the charts. This collaboration is no exception. Destined to be a dancefloor mainstay, reviews for this song is positive too. I'm DYING to hear sophie's new album too. It's been rumoured that Freemasons are working on another song with sophie for her new album, which would be out around this fall. I'll keep you guys updated. =)

As for the official video, she definitely look fantastic. (And the video edit has the "keep it coming on" part too. I'm just obssessed about details, don't mind me. =X) Plus I've included a live performance, which she really did sing live, not like some who wouldn't. I'll absolutely kill to see her live. She's one of my faves since her debut album. =)
